The sport of diving is about more than flips and twists. It requires courage, control, and discipline. Wisconsin Dive Club specializes in springboard and platform diving for athletes of all ages and ability levels. Our vision is simple: introduce diving to every child in Dane County and the surrounding communities.
We believe in the power of sport to build character, teach life skills, and promote healthy living. Development comes before difficulty. Preparation comes before performance. Athletes progress at different rates. There is no fast track that holds up over time. Advancement reflects readiness, not age.
While some divers pursue higher levels of competition, one principle remains constant. We focus on long-term development and preparing athletes for what comes next, in sport and in life.
That is the Wisconsin Dive Club way.

We do more than coach. We build resilient athletes and responsible young adults. Diving is the vehicle. Practice, training, and competition are the classroom. That is where discipline is formed, responsibility is expected, and challenge is faced head on. Athletes do not all grow the same way or at the same speed. Our coaches meet them where they are and hold a clear standard for what comes next.

There is a place for every athlete at Wisconsin Dive Club. Whether a diver is brand new or highly experienced, every athlete begins with a free evaluation. This allows us to meet athletes where they are and place them appropriately.
Our foundation begins in AquaCubs, where athletes learn movement, body awareness, and confidence. From there, divers progress through Badger Academy and beyond as readiness and commitment increase. Progression is earned. Fundamentals come first.
My boys not only picked up invaluable diving skills at camp they also learned to have more confidence, to communicate more effectively and efficiently with their coaches and other adults and they learned the importance and benefits of teamwork and supporting each other. I am ever so grateful for these life skills. Thank you for being wonderful role models and inspirations to my children.
Just wanted to drop a line and say that my boy had his first summer dive meet and he rocked it - landed his first one and a half in competition (and got 5s and 6s on it!). Thanks for working hard with him over the winter, so fun to watch his growth.
Just a shout out to say RYANE IS SO GOOD WITH THE KIDS! Their energy is FIRE and we’re here for it. My kids are absolutely in love with you, Ryane and Krishna. My oldest spent so many years in another sport and was just a nothing to them. Her sibling was the talent and got so much attention, while literally nobody even gave any feedback or care to my oldest. It drove me insane. To see her being cared for just makes my soul so freaking happy. Thank youuuu so so much!
We can’t express enough how life changing your club has been for our child. As a kid with adhd, it’s been so hard for her to find something she loves that she can also focus on and thrive and have a positive environment surrounding her. You and your entire team of coaches built up her confidence brick by brick.
The kind and supportive dive community that you’ve built has been EVERYTHING we’ve hoped for as parents. My daughter literally loves Kyle and we want him to know how much we appreciate his patience and kindness every single practice. It’s so much more impactful than I think he knows!
My kid has decided to apply what you’ve taught him to his swim practice—he always greets his coaches with a handshake at the beginning of practice and thanks them and the lifeguards at the end. He also decided to do it at school, greeting each teacher at the beginning of the class period and thanking them at the end of class. He saw the value of what you taught, and applied it to his broader universe—building a habit for the rest of his life.
You, your staff and others you have brought in for coaching and meets have been instrumental in bringing motivation and a strong commitment to my boys, but above all else a tremendous amount of joy. Seeing them laugh when you called out a funny nickname or their faces light up as you gave them high fives out of the pool brought me so much joy and happiness that I will cherish forever!
Thank you for the incredible program you’ve built and everything you’re teaching and growing in our kids! We couldn’t be happier!
