Coach Radman has over 20 years of coaching experience. He oversees the day to day operation of Wisconsin Dive Club and coaches the senior team as the Head Dive Coach at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Al'x Pierre started diving competitively at the age of 8 in his hometown, London Ontario, Canada. At the age of 13, he set a provincial record with his club team. Two years later, he placed 2nd at the Canadian Junior National competition with his coach Luda Zakharenko. He also had the opportunity to travel internationally to countries like Cuba and China for training camps. At the age of 18, Al'x decided to continue his diving career as a Division I college diver for Eastern Michigan University under coach Buck Smith. In his Freshman year, he was able to win his conference meet and be named Freshman Diver of the Year. Unfortunately, Eastern Michigan discontinued their Men's Swimming & Diving team, which turned Al’x towards coaching club and collegiate diving. In school, Al’x did his bachelor’s degree in psychology and recently graduate from a master’s in teaching English as a Second Language. Al'x will be starting a new graduate program in Educational Leadership in the Fall of 2023.
Lauren grew up in Minnesota as the oldest of six kids, and graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in physiology. Lauren grew up in Minnesota as the oldest of six kids, and graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in physiology. She started diving at age 11 and enjoyed competing in the USA Diving and AAU Diving regionals, zones, and age group nationals throughout junior high and high school. She earned a scholarship to continue competing at the division I level, and retired after competing at zones her senior year of college. Lauren and her husband moved to Madison 2019 and has loved coaching at some of the local pools during the summer.
David moved to Madison in the summer of 2022 with his family after growing up on the central coast of California. He is a current community college student, majoring in statistics, and has 3 years of diving experience along with over 12 years of gymnastics training under his belt.

He also wished to facilitate the same sense of community that he received while diving that helped him reach new levels.
