When standards are not met, coaches will address concerns directly with the diver. Consequences may include corrective action, temporary training adjustments, changes in competition eligibility, or review of group placement. The purpose of accountability is development.
Participation at Wisconsin Dive Club requires acknowledgment of the Parent Information and Athlete Standards pages. During registration, both parent and athlete must confirm they have reviewed and understand these expectations.
